FAQ's
Always remember we can not refund or exchange personalized items, as they were made just for you. All other items can be returned on an individual case by case basis for a store credit. How long will it take to receive my order? TOP Please allow up to two weeks for personalized items. Most of our items are made when you order, so this will take a little more time.
What type of shipping do you use? TOP We use USPS Priority Shipping to mail all of our packages. You will be emailed with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. The tracking number will allow you to follow your package and know when to expect its arrival.
There is a string sticking up on my monogrammed item...HELP! TOP NEVER pull a string on a monogram! Pulling a string on your monogrammed item can result in the entire monogram coming undone. ALWAYS cut the string with scissors as close to your item as possible.
My hairbow is fraying on the ends, what do I do? TOP To stop fraying on any ribbon, purchased from us, simply take a match and allow the flame to get close to the ribbon. Make sure that the flame does not touch the ribbon, this could cause the ribbon to burn. Once the flame is close enough to the ribbon, the heat will make the ribbon turn to plastic on the end.
My tutu is dirty, what do I do? TOP We do not recommend washing your tutu. If the tutu is dirty please just spot clean it. We can not guarantee the fluffiness of the tutu to remain the same if you wash in a washing machine.
