Becky's Tip #2:
Did you know the average dish scrubber sponge can be laundered and re-used? Your typical yellow/green sponge like an Ocelo or Scotch-Brite gets a little… well… STINKY after just a few days, especially during the summer months. A quick run through your normal wash/dry cycle will freshen ‘er right up! I put my sponges in a mesh laundry bag before I launder and throw them away after two or three laundering (or when the yellow sponge part begins to flake away). Sounds weird…but it works!

GO GREEN!! (and save $$ at the same time). Words like “Green Initiative”, “Go Green”, “reduce your carbon footprint” and “Eco-friendly products” are all over the news these days. Did you know, that buying/selling gently used clothing is a form of recycling? What better way to reduce landfill waste by “recycling” your gently used kids clothes and baby gear. I HIGHLY recommend saving some serious money and buy “previously loved” clothing for your fast growing infants, toddlers, Preschooler and school age children. Check out Mattie & Me for everything from infant to maternity clothes, and a wide variety of gently used baby gear.
Remember recycle, REUSE!
