Do I have to pay sales tax? TOP
Unfortunately if you live in the great state of Texas you will be charged sales tax which is calculated at checkout.
Can I hang your canvas art as is or do I need to frame it? TOP
All of our canvas art is made with 1" deep archival grade studio edge stretched canvas which means each canvas' design will flow around all edges eliminating the need for framing.
When will my item be shipped? TOP
Each item is hand painted especially for you upon order which may take up to two weeks before being shipped. If you need a rush order please email us using the contact page and we will accomadate you as best as we can.
How much is shipping? TOP
All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail and are a $5.00 flat rate. If a rush order is needed, please email me and shipping will be determined at that time.
If I see a design I like but want different colors, can I ask to change them? TOP
Sure! We love making custom pieces to match your decor. Just email us before ordering using the contact page to discuss customization options.
If I have some fabric or bedding that I'd like you to match, is that possible? TOP
Absolutely! As long as you can email a picture or mail a fabric swatch we can match just about anything. Email us prior to ordering to discuss customization options.
What are your plaques made out of? TOP
We use premium white pine wood which is painted with non-toxic acrylic paints. Then we seal each piece with a glossy clear finish which is easily wiped clean with a damp cloth. The back of each plaque is then covered in felt to ensure that walls are not scratched.
Is there anything covering the picture in your frames? TOP
Yes, there is a clear plastic sheet that covers and protects your pictures.
